refactor: update app configuration and dependencies
...
- Removed unused intent filters from app.json
- Updated Android client ID in GoogleAUTH.js
- Changed expo commands in package.json for Android and iOS
- Updated expo and react dependencies in package.json
- Added new React Native CLI dependencies

updated google's OAUTH 2.0 to use the android client ID instead of web client ID so that OAUTH redirect works correcntly, as the old redirect was to something that i cant add to oauth...

slight refactor of all the code, made it so that login and onboarding works, need to add system to validate connections to google photos + NAS before just blindly accepting
...
Added library home page and navigation bar at the bottom, using emojis as icon placeholders, album page also works.
elipses for settings and icon also work.
