fixed issue with creating team. added stats page, ironing out issues before adding the clues page and integrating it properly with the map

fixed the map, made it so the map is scrollable and synced the timing between the admin page and map page. They now share the same elapsed time. need to fix map css for altering the svg.

added map page files and fixed code so that when an admin starts the timer the user can move on and isnt accidentally being redirected to the page to show that the timer isn't active even though it is
