fixing map timing errors and still trying to make leaderboard and clues pages.

Added two menus to the admin dashboard with a navbar at the bottom:
Added navbar button for timer. Added navbar button to edit clues centrally. Added navbar button to view Admin version of leaderboard.
To add:
- the admin version of the leaderboard. has the same sort of initial view as the normal leaderboard however clicking on a team will create a drop down with their team stats.
Grey = cant click
Red = current
Green = complete
blue = skipped?
Need to add Clue page Need to fix Leaderboard.

fixed the map, made it so the map is scrollable and synced the timing between the admin page and map page. They now share the same elapsed time. need to fix map css for altering the svg.

issues regarding the map and hunt stopping have been fixed. leaderboard page needs to be integrated and a clues should be added to be properly processed. after that the css for the application should be developed.

added map page files and fixed code so that when an admin starts the timer the user can move on and isnt accidentally being redirected to the page to show that the timer isn't active even though it is

fixed some CSS styling errors with the team member list page and also added the admin dashboard to allow them to start a hunt with either a stop watch style hunt or a predetermined hunt duration. also fixed some css styling issues I ran into due to using some template code to make the dev process quicker

fixed all issues regarding team's member list page where users couldn't leave properly or where they couldn't join properly. the team selection page will now directly communicate with the database to ensure everything stays up to date. The team member list page will also auto update every few seconds so the user will not have to manually update their page.

Made it so the team members page shows more than one user and fixed the issue so that multiple users can join the same team. Team GUI needs to be worked on however.
